Streamlining Visitor Management and Resident Services with a Custom Web Application.
Challenge: Anglicare, a non-profit aged care organisation in NSW, needed a solution to streamline visitor management and resident service requests across their 70+ villages. The solution needed to be user-friendly for elderly residents, some with limited English proficiency.
Solution: We designed and developed a custom web application deployed in the secure Microsoft Azure cloud. Accessible through large kiosks strategically placed in each village, the application simplifies the visitor check-in/out process and allows residents to submit service requests directly.

- System Integration: Direct integration with Service Management Software automatically sends service requests, eliminating the need for manual data entry and reducing the risk of errors.
