Although social media marketing can yield many different types of conversion actions that have varying value, (such as likes, follows, comments, messages etc.) it’s critical that your website be setup properly to handle traffic and conversions there. This includes ensuring all forms work, mobile and tablet optimisation is pristine and content is up to date. Once we evaluate your website, we discuss what products or services you’d like to target for your social media campaign, or if you want to delve into a brand recognition exercise. Graphic Design, Campaign Setup, Post Schedule
Designpluz offers two social media marketing services: content design and paid campaigns. These two options are detailed below:
Paid Campaign – This involves us designing some graphics that you will assign some budget to for boosting and appearing on people feeds. We design the graphics, setup the campaign, assign the budget, launch and optimise. We gather key demographic and geographic information from you to ensure we’re targeting the right type of social media user. We monitor engagement and provide monthly reports.
Content Design – You provide us with content for social media posts and we design graphics to suit. Generally, you will provide 10 – 50 posts covering your business, services, updates, achievements, news and more. We design graphics to match these posts and deliver them to you either in chunks or all together. We like to have three months planned ahead, so while posts are being uploaded we are already working and planning the next set, keeping a strong pipeline of content online. We can provide content writing services to help aid the post creation process if required.
Reporting & Optimisation
We provide monthly reporting to keep you updated on the progress and status of your paid campaigns. This allows you to gain a snapshot of where the campaign is succeeding and also where we may need to pivot our attention. We optimise your campaign continually to improve outcomes, conversions and ultimately your return on investment.
